Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar role min. 4 years.
  • Has experienced in manage Recruitment team.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, professional networks, and hiring platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Excellent in English verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, interviewing, assessment, and selection methods.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet workforce needs across all departments.
  • Supervise and mentor recruitment team members to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Implement best practices for candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment operations.
  • Manage recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-perhire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline quality).
  • Lead training needs analysis across departments in collaboration with departments heads.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methodologies.
  • Coordinate with external trainer, vendors, and e-learning partners as needed.
  • Ensure recruitment and training processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards related to hiring activities.
