Polibeli is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps small retailers in Indonesia to get products easily with good prices. We are also growing our business into a modern trade channel and by opening offline stores that sell home living items, accessories, as well as expanding into toy categories.
Placement: Pluit, North Jakarta

Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment process from junior to mid level position
- Ensure each division within company submit its annual manpower requisition in order the recruitment plan strategy
- Manage recruitment database and ensure accurate reporting
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using various channels
- Maintain good candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience or minimum 1 year in relevant experience
- Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Great proficiency in English, both written/verbal
- Ability to multitask to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
- Familiar with sourcing platforms/job portals would be a plus
- Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta, with WFO Monday-Friday
