Summary of the Position

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's recruitment needs. The role manages the complete recruitment lifecycle, collaborates with hiring managers, and ensures timely hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the Role

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and staffing needs.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interviews with stakeholders.
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare and publish job descriptions aligned with business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation, facilitate offer roll-out, and ensure candidate acceptance.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases with high accuracy.
• 5–8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
• GCC recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple positions, and meet hiring deadlines.
• High attention to detail, adaptability, and flexibility are required.
