We are a growing gold mining company entering the early production phase, and we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our rapid hiring needs. What You'll Do

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for mining-related roles
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and support end-to-end interview processes
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• Min 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Proven experience in LinkedIn sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Experience in mining, energy, or heavy industry is a strong advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
• Willing to work on-site at Head Office, Jakarta
• Willing to work under a 12-months contract.
