Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments for intern to manager-level positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers across real estate development, property management, sales, and corporate support teams to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and campus hiring events to attract young and emerging talent.
  • Develop and manage a structured talent pool database for current and future hiring needs, especially for niche roles in real estate and project development.
  • Administer or coordinate psychological assessments and behavioral testing as part of the selection process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives through digital presence, university partnerships, and professional community engagement.
  • Work closely with the internal HR team to align recruitment with workforce planning, organizational development, and strategic talent mapping for the real estate sector.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree of Psychology from reputable university
  • Have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment or Headhunting.
  • Experience in managing recruitment events and university relations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of interview techniques, sourcing tools, and assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with psychological assessments and test administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
