Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing fintech business. The ideal candidate has 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a fintech, technology company, or headhunting firm, and is comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunters, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/user interviews.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for tech and non-tech roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring progress regularly.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Preferred background from fintech, technology companies, or recruitment agencies/headhunters.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Mandarin-speaking is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with hiring for technology, product, or business roles is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willing and comfortable to work onsite in Tangerang.
