Key Responsibilitie
- Fast-Paced Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process with a sharp sense of urgency, understanding how critical talent acquisition is to driving immediate business delivery and organizational growth
- End-to-End Sourcing & Hiring: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, AI-powered recruitment tools, and talent analytics to optimize sourcing methods and streamline selection processes
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Line Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deeply understand urgent business needs, define role requirements, and align recruitment strategies
- Talent Pipeline Building: Design and build sustainable talent pipelines, particularly for critical tech, data, and engineering capabilities
- Employer Branding & Campus Relations: Actively participate in talent marketing initiatives and strategic university partnerships to position Lintasarta as an employer of choice

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably within the technology, telecommunications, or fast-paced startup industrie
- Business Acumen & Urgency: Proven capability to operate in high-velocity environments where speed, accuracy, and understanding business urgency are crucia
