PT Mitra Berdaya Optima is looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition to help us attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and engaging with qualified professionals, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
- Proactively convert passive candidates into active job seekers by effectively promoting job opportunities and the employer brand.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
- Collaborate with HC Lead to understand job requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
- Meet recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, number of qualified candidates per role, and offer acceptance rates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, assessments, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends, social recruiting, and employer branding strategies.
