About the Job

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you are responsible to source, attract, and hire top talent to meet the evolving needs of the organization. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
  • Source potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, employee referrals, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with relevant departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and support recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support onboarding processes and provide a smooth transition for new hires.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong interviewing and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.
