About The Role

Talent Acquisition Lead at Tentang Anak is a key player in our mission to attract and hire the best talent quickly and effectively. This role involves leading a dynamic hiring team, managing multiple recruitment priorities, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and closing skills, along with the ability to represent Tentang Anak's values and culture to prospective hires. This position is critical in driving our growth and success by securing top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.

Job responsibilities

1. Create and implement strategies for an effective and seamless hiring process that aligns with Tentang Anak's goals and objectives.
2. Ensure the quality of hires by developing and utilizing effective assessment tools and techniques.
3. Manage the candidate experience to ensure it is positive, professional, and reflective of Tentang Anak's values.
4. Act as a business partner to department heads, providing guidance and support in developing manpower planning and understanding their hiring needs.
5. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, interview, offering to onboarding, ensuring the hiring timeline is within the deadline
6. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
7. Provide regular reports on hiring metrics, challenges, and improvement to senior management

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and 2 years of experience managing team or in leadership position
3. Experience working in ecommerce, retails, and or FMCG familiar with fast-pace and dynamic environment is preferred
4. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.
