Job Description
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Take ownership of the Manpower Plan (MPP). You won't just track vacancies; you'll analyze turnover trends and growth projections to create high-level hiring forecasts.
- Process Architecture: Design and refine end-to-end recruitment workflows. You will identify bottlenecks in the current funnel and implement lean methodologies to improve Time-to-Hire and Quality-of-Hire.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to elevate our market presence. You'll turn candidate feedback into strategy, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our company culture.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a consultant to Department Heads, coaching them on interview techniques, market benchmarks, and effective talent mapping.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide TA Staff, ensuring the team is aligned with the broader organizational goals and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or strategic process-owner role.
- The Optimizer Mindset: You don't just follow a process because that's how it's done. You are obsessed with efficiency and constant improvement.
- Data Literacy: You are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools. You use data to tell a story and justify your decisions.
- Systems Expertise: Advanced experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and an interest in AI-driven sourcing or automation tools.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ), exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to remain calm in the storm of a fast-paced environment.
