About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to support our Indonesia operations. Based in Lampung, this role will be responsible for leading and managing recruitment activities, developing strong talent pipelines, and ensuring we attract and hire the right people for our growing manufacturing operations. The position reports directly to the Head of HR

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels, with a strong focus on manufacturing, operational, and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods and platforms.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Employer Branding & Engagement

• Drive employer branding initiatives through job fairs, social media, and partnerships with universities and local institutions.
• Promote GMA as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and prepare regular reports on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
• Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing companies.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and interview techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to be based in Lampung, with occasional travel as required.
