Responsibilities:
- Intensively sourcing candidates from social media platform
- Support recruitment team to screening resumes and shortlisted candidates
- Perform pre-screening calls and interview to analyze applicants abilities
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Update internal recruitment database
- Do employer branding through social media
Requirements
Requirements:
- Final year student or fresh graduate major in Psychology, Human resource management, or related field.
- Experience in Recruitment would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Good interpersonal skills and humble
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Fluent in English
- Placement: Kedoya, West Jakarta.
- Willing to participate in 3 months internship
