We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This position is core to supporting the expansion of Doo Financial's Indonesian sales business, responsible for the full-process recruitment of sales talents in the local financial industry, building a high-quality sales talent pool, and ensuring the timely supplement of sales team personnel. At the same time, you will coordinate with the sales management team to optimize recruitment standards, track recruitment efficiency, and provide professional talent acquisition support for the achievement of the company's sales business goals.

Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
- Be responsible for the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment of the Indonesian local sales team, including position release, resume screening, interview organization, offer negotiation, onboarding follow-up and other whole-process work, and ensure the recruitment efficiency and talent quality of sales positions.
- Deeply understand the business characteristics of the financial industry (securities, futures, investment consulting, etc.) and the competency requirements of sales positions, collaborate with sales hiring managers to formulate localized and professional sales talent qualification criteria.

- Develop and expand local recruitment channels in Indonesia, including cooperating with local job platforms, financial industry professional communities, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, local professional groups), and organizing offline recruitment activities to accumulate high-quality sales talent resources.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintain effective communication, timely solve the doubts of candidates, and improve the interview attendance rate and onboarding conversion rate.
- Establish and maintain a localized sales talent database, regularly update and optimize talent information, and build a sustainable talent pool for the long-term development of the sales team.
- Compile and analyze recruitment data reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly), including recruitment progress, channel efficiency, talent matching rate, etc., and provide data support for the optimization of the company's recruitment strategy and the formulation of annual/quarterly hiring plans.
- Assist in the induction integration of new sales employees, coordinate with the administrative and sales teams to complete the onboarding procedures, and track the probation period adaptation of new employees to improve the retention rate.
- Complete other talent acquisition related work assigned by the HR manager, and maintain close collaboration with the company's global HR team to ensure the alignment of local recruitment work with the group's talent strategy
