Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies to ensure the availability of high-quality talent aligned with the company's business needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while optimizing various recruitment channels to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee long-term talent pipeline programs, such as internships, apprenticeships, management trainee programs, and fresh graduate hiring, as well as build partnerships with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct recruitment quality evaluation and analysis, including probation success rates, and collaborate with hiring managers and relevant departments to enhance employee retention and the quality of new hires.
  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team through coaching, objective performance evaluations, cross-functional coordination, and by ensuring optimal use of recruitment tools and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
