Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while optimizing various recruitment channels to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop and oversee long-term talent pipeline programs, such as internships, apprenticeships, management trainee programs, and fresh graduate hiring, as well as build partnerships with educational institutions and external stakeholders.
Conduct recruitment quality evaluation and analysis, including probation success rates, and collaborate with hiring managers and relevant departments to enhance employee retention and the quality of new hires.
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team through coaching, objective performance evaluations, cross-functional coordination, and by ensuring optimal use of recruitment tools and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
