Are you passionate about finding the right talent and telling a compelling brand story We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our People team. In this role, you will be the face of our company to potential candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while elevating our presence as an employer of choice in the digital and campus space.

Role Summary

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and drive employer branding initiatives across digital channels and campus networks. Your goal is to ensure our hiring needs are met efficiently while consistently communicating our company culture and values to the talent market.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Time-to-Hire: Filling open positions within the agreed target timelines.
  • Pipeline Health: Maintaining a steady pool of qualified candidates for priority roles.
  • Brand Consistency: Regularity and quality of job postings and employer branding content.
  • Administrative Excellence: Accuracy and speed (SLA) in processing hiring-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (associate level).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in administrative tasks.
