Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist at OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing. Based in Tangerang, the role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and identifying talent requirements. The specialist will conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding processes, and develop training programs to ensure employee growth and development. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records and improving hiring practices while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding
• Skills in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Career Pathing
• MANDARIN & ENGLISH Skill is a Mandatory Requirement
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
