About The Role
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offering and onboarding candidates
- Place employment advertisement, track job requisitions, prepare initial screening and perform selection interviews
- Prepare job offers and arrange for onboarding
- Maintain accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
- Engage with employment agencies as needed
