Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain reliable IT infrastructure, Big Data, and cloud platforms.
Monitor systems and applications, ensuring observability, performance, and capacity planning.
Automate workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Manage incidents, preventive and corrective maintenance, patching, backups, and troubleshooting of infrastructure and Big Data platforms.
Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Big Data Platform, or Cloud Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in roles related to Reliability, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Strong competence in Monitoring & Observability, Automation, Cloud Platforms, Incident Management, and Capacity Planning.
Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, patching, backup management, and troubleshooting of infrastructure and Big Data platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional IT and development teams.
