System Analyst

This position focusing on the development and enhancement of our Ultra Voucher Application. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving user experiences through technology. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our loyalty programs are effectively designed, implemented, and maintained.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in loyalty programs or web applications.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Postman) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Descriptions :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirement and create document functional and non-functional requirements for Ultra Voucher Application.
• Analyze existing Ultra Voucher Applications and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineer, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in project planning and management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support for loyalty web applications, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure the stability and performance of applications.
