Collaborate with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, Developers, and business users to produce system and software design solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Functional Specification Document (FSD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), Epic, User Story, and Security Requirements.
Analyze software defects, identify root causes, and provide solution design for issue resolution.
Prepare testing data and related documentation to support SIT/UAT activities.
Support system analysis activities for AI-driven solutions and implementation of AI-related applications/systems.
Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and project objectives throughout the development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Technical Analyst in the banking industry.
Hands-on experience in system analysis for AI-driven solutions and implementation of AI-related systems/applications.
Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or prompt engineering will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience working in agile project delivery environments.
Proficient in using Jira.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong team player with enthusiasm for AI technologies.
