Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, product team, and developers) to define system requirements.
Design system architecture, including decomposition of monolithic systems into microservices.
Define and manage API specifications using Swagger/OpenAPI (API-first approach).
Ensure secure integration between On-Premise systems and Public Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Create system flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of system design.
Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and ensure requirements are met.
Identify system improvement opportunities for scalability, performance, and security.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst / IT Business Analyst / Solution Analyst.
Strong understanding of system design, SDLC, and Agile methodology.
Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with API design (RESTful services, Swagger/OpenAPI).
Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.).
Able to create technical documentation (BRD, FSD, API Spec, UML diagrams).
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
