System Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with system analysis and design concepts
• Ability to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL is a plus)
• Understanding of UML diagrams, flowcharts, or other modeling tools
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze current systems, workflows, and processes
• Assist in designing system solutions or improvements
• Create documentation (SRS, flowcharts, UML diagrams)
• Work with developers to ensure requirements are understood
• Support system testing (UAT, debugging, validation)
• Help implement and monitor new systems
• Provide basic user support and training
