Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers responsible for the cash and transaction banking product portfolio
- Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the cash and transaction banking products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product delivery
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and enhancements
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation
- Manage and mentor the product management team, fostering their professional development and growth
- Ensure the cash and transaction banking products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Represent the product management team in senior-level meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Have experience in product management, with a focus on cash and transaction banking products
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing product management teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using data and analytics to drive product decisions and measure performance
- Demonstrated experience in driving product innovation and delivering successful product launches
- Thorough understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on cash and transaction banking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements
