Job Description

  • Lead the design and development of mechanical and structural systems for vehicle applications
  • Drive product development from concept, design validation, and prototyping through to production
  • Conduct engineering analysis, including structural, dynamic, fatigue, and simulation studies (FEA/CAE)
  • Apply strong engineering fundamentals to solve complex design and performance challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, including international partners, on component development and manufacturing processes
  • Develop manufacturable 3D CAD models and ensure seamless integration across cross-functional teams
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers through technical guidance and best-practice design methodologies
  • Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, processes, and design best practices
  • Contribute to technical and strategic decision-making as a key member of the engineering leadership team
