Sustainability Compliance Officer

Job Description Summary :

Ensure compliance of all units with regulations, policies and sustainability standards by implementing Internal Sustainability Verification (ISV)

Job Description :

• Implementing integrated Internal Sustainability Verification (ISV), including compliance with new certification requirements such as GGL, ISCC CORSIA, Waste and Residue, and GMP+.

• Conducting New Planting Procedure (NPP) Verification activities to ensure compliance with responsible land clearing requirements.

• Ensuring unit readiness for external audits through monitoring and verification of ISV results.

• Developing and evaluating implementation guidelines for new standards and relevant regulations.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Forestry or Environment

• Having min 5 years of working experience with experience handling sustainability aspects in the palm oil industry

• Mastery of RSPO, ISPO, and ISCC certification

• Experience in fields related to Supply Chain, HCV, HCS, Peat, New Planting Procedure (NPP), and environmental aspect

• Experience conducting internal audits

• Ability to interpret regulations related to social, conservation, and environmental aspects

• Ability to work in teams and individually

• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
