Hours: Part-time or Full-time available

About The Role

As a Support Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering highlevel customer service and administrative support. You'll work closely with the Clinical Leadership Group, Mental Health staff, GPs, external agencies, and community organisations to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming experience for all.

This role is based at Edinburgh North with the possibility of working across various sites as needed.

Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in the delivery of effective and proficient client-focussed administrative and front of house support
  • Experience in dealing with a high demand of enquiries from members of the public, particularly enquires of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Experience in the provision of high level, professional and courteous customer service.

Qualification And Other Requirements

  • Certificate level in Business Administration or similar, desirable but not essential
  • Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)
