DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supplier Evaluation and Assessment
- Manage supplier lifecycle, from initial assessment and onboarding to ongoing performance monitoring and risk management
- Lead supplier quality system and process audits to verify QHSE compliance and manufacturing capabilities in accordance with Cladtek and industry standards
- Maintain comprehensive digital records for all supplier evaluations, assessments, and reevaluation cycles
Quality Compliance & Issue Resolution
- Lead the 8D reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and corrective action processes for complex or recurring supplier quality issues
- Investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), verify the effectiveness of supplier corrective actions, and ensure timely closure
- Review and endorse supplier documents (e.g. ITP, QCP, IRN, SOP, etc.)
Supplier Performance Monitoring, Improvement and Development
- Support Supplier Quality Development through technical coaching, mentorship and process optimization
- Monitor supplier performance and analyze supplier data to identify trends and proactively prevent non-conformances
- Promote and lead initiatives to improve supplier manufacturing processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Support in Qualification Tests and First Article Inspection (FAI) to ensure initial production runs meet all technical specifications, project-specific requirements, and Cladtek standards.
- Provide training to stakeholders and offer guidance to suppliers on quality standards, processes, and requirements
- Proactively promote the company QHSE Policy and ensure all supplier-related activities align with safety and environmental requirements
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Participate in departmental and projects meetings, as well as customer/accreditation audits
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues
- Build and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to align on quality targets
- and departmental goals
Working within the company approved delegation of authority, budgets, and tasks assigned by superior.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Minimum: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering or relevant field.
Desirable: N/A
KNOWLEDGE/COURSES
- Knowledge of integrated management system (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
- Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor
- Proficiency in using quality analysis tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA , RCA, 6 Sigma, etc.)
- Desirable: ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCE (SKILLS):
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in supplier quality management, quality control, or quality assurance
- Experience in industrial manufacturing companies
- Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes
- Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
- Eye for detail and a results driven approach.
- Good communication ability and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
- Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
