Supply Chain Operations Excellence

• Lead the design, implementation, and roll-out of supply chain and inventory systems across hospital units.
• Implement and enhance ERP and digital tools (predictive analytics, AI/ML) to improve supply chain performance.
• Manage item master data, UDI, catalog/contract synchronization, and overall data governance.
• Configure systems to support demand planning, replenishment, barcoding, POU, and lot/serial tracking.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for forecasting, inventory health, service level, and cost optimization.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, IT, Finance, vendors, consultants) to ensure smooth deployment and adoption.
• Manage project timelines, risk mitigation, change management, and realization of business benefits.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in ERP, supply chain systems, analytics, or inventory management.
• Experience leading system roll-outs or multi-site deployments.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, forecasting, ERP modules, and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL preferred).
• Excellent project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
