About the position

To help us continue growing, we're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a highly skilled team. The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.

Responsibilities

• Challenge, reconstruct, and validate sales forecast then monitoring its accuracy
• Review and approve PO/forecast both FG & pkg to generate supply plan
• Determine appropriate inventory level to balance between overstock VS shortages
• Main representative to resolve supply & quality issue/dispute with factory
• Decide mode of transport for EXIM activities considering cost & time
• Define requirements for inventory, purchase, and other ops in ERP & WMS development
• Oversee operations including store replenishment, forecast & PO construction, inventory move

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10 years of supply chain experience
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Willing to work in Tangerang area
