We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join Indosat's new subsidiary and help shape the future of connectivity in Indonesia. Through our open-access fiber infrastructure platform, we are enabling digital transformation, accelerating AI and cloud adoption, and building a stronger digital foundation for generations to come.
This is a key role for an experienced supply chain professional who can lead end-to-end supply chain execution to ensure materials and services are delivered accurately, compliantly, and collaborate across functions to support our next phase of RAIA GRID growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full supply chain execution cycle, including order placement, supplier confirmation, delivery tracking, receiving, inventory recording, and warehouse management, with accuracy and end-to-end visibility.
- Establish, manage, and monitor supply chain processes against delivery commitments, quality standards, and contract terms; proactively escalate and resolve shortfalls.
- Coordinate with internal users, Finance, and Legal to ensure procurement requests are complete, properly authorized, and fulfilled without avoidable delay.
- Maintain procurement and supply chain records to support audit readiness, inventory accuracy, and operational continuity planning.
- Identify recurring supply chain inefficiencies and implement practical improvements across ordering, delivery, inventory, and supplier management processes.
- Ensure the smooth and effective operation of all supply chain activities so the right materials and services reach the right place at the right time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations, including team or process leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay processes, supplier performance management, inventory controls, and audit requirements.
- Proven ability to coordinate across internal stakeholders and resolve delivery, documentation, and supplier issues proactively.
- Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Excel; experience in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or technology is an advantage.
- Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
