Role Summary
The Supply Chain Manager at FOOM acts as a business owner for the supply chain, accountable for product availability, cost efficiency, and direct impact on margin, cash flow, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure reliable product availability and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support commercial objectives through effective planning and execution.
- Continuously improve cost efficiency, inventory health, and service levels using data-driven approaches.
- Manage demand and supply planning to support ongoing operations and timely product introductions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Prepare operational and financial analyses to support management decision-making.
- Ensure risk awareness, compliance, and quality standards across the supply chain.
- Build a high-performing team through clear KPIs, structured processes, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain/operations; minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong business and financial acumen (COGS, margin, inventory, cash flow).
- Proven ability to collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Senior Leadership teams.
- Data-driven, decisive, and effective in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
