Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution) to ensure the optimal availability, efficiency, and quality of raw materials.
• Oversee the flow of goods, resources, and information from start to finish to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop logistics strategies, manage vendor and supplier relationships, and analyze operational data to drive process improvements.
• Identify potential supply disruption risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business productivity and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, importing, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and demand planning.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to optimize operational efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the availability of raw materials (fresh and dry goods).
• Experienced in vendor management (supplier negotiation & evaluation), and maintaining strong business partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and operational growth.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality assurance, and operational compliance within the Food & Beverage industry.
