We are Hiring: Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics execution.

This role ensures optimal stock levels, efficient warehouse operations, and cost-effective logistics while maintaining high service levels (OTIF). The position requires strong ownership of data, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes to support current operations and future business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand planning and recommend optimal order quantities based on sales trends and stock levels.
  • Manage inventory across warehouses to ensure healthy stock levels (avoid stockouts and overstock).
  • Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics (OTIF, inventory turnover, aging stock, logistics cost).
  • Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure smooth inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
  • Ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across supply chain operations.
  • Track and control logistics and warehousing costs to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and structured data for inventory, shipments, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with commercial and operations teams to align supply with demand.
  • Support scaling of operations for new brands, products, and distribution areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management.
  • Experience working with 3PL/logistics partners.
  • Experience in FMCG, distribution, or similar fast-moving operations is preferred.
  • Exposure to demand planning and inventory management is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to build and manage tracking systems (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Understanding of supply chain metrics (OTIF, inventory turnover, aging, cost per shipment).
  • Problem-solving and ability to handle operational issues quickly.
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bahasa Indonesia (fluent).
  • English (working proficiency).
