Financial Health Monitoring

  • Developed and implemented a financial health check framework for SDBS and Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) areas, in close coordination with the Corporate FP&A team.
  • Prepared monthly financial reports including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identified financial deviations and provided corrective recommendations to improve performance.
  • Led financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis against targets for SDBS and Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM).

Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) Financial Support

  • Acted as a strategic finance partner to the Corporate Real Estate Management Lead in decision-making related to property portfolio management (offices, factories, and warehouses).

  • Developed Capex business cases, monitored Capex execution, managed capitalization processes, and conducted post-project ROI evaluations.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 810 years of experience in finance, with exposure to real estate management (including design & construction and facility management) as well as supply chain finance.
  • Business Partnering: Proven experience in financial business partnering and capital expenditure (Capex) management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong strategic leadership, effective communication, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of IFRS, Local GAAP, costing, and fixed asset management, with hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Power BI, and data analytics.
