- Provided accounting and financial business partnering support for construction projects, including journal entries, bookkeeping, Capex tracking, and cash flow monitoring.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are considered a strong advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 810 years of experience in finance, with exposure to real estate management (including design & construction and facility management) as well as supply chain finance.
- Business Partnering: Proven experience in financial business partnering and capital expenditure (Capex) management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong strategic leadership, effective communication, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of IFRS, Local GAAP, costing, and fixed asset management, with hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Power BI, and data analytics.
