Location: Bosch Car Service Kelapa Gading Flagship
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and tracking purchase orders (PO) for spare parts and service materials.
- Contribute to data analysis for incoming units, including identifying needed parts, predicting demand, and ensuring stock availability.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation of purchasing records, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
- Provide both administrative and operational assistance to the Supply Chain and Procurement teams.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related majors are welcome.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written (mandatory).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools such as Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive work ethic.
- Interested in and has basic knowledge of automotive vehicles.
- Holds a valid SIM A and able to drive a manual transmission car.
- Domiciled in Jakarta or nearby areas with reasonable commuting access, or willing to relocate if necessary.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
