Support the Supply Chain Leadership to implement the end to end Supply Chain Strategy in Indonesia. Act as Business partnership and cost-value add analysis for material cost, manufacturing cost, distribution cost, and inventory valuation, to ensure an efficient, optimize and strategic decision of financial aspect over procurement, R&D and production process. This position also provides standard costing calculation, in quarterly update and provide transfer price information to support business enhancement through export markets.
- Business partnering: Provide financial business partnering on material cost to Production, Procurement, R&D, P&D, Category Finance and Plan & Reporting Finance.
- Standard costing run/COGS calculation with complete pack of analysis result revaluation and deviation vs. previous period.
- Prepare, analyze, and provide insight for key RM/PM related variance actual vs. quarterly outlook and yearly budget. Strong alignment with procurement and P&D is required.
- Managing costing aspect of receiving materials include in its currency, custom duty rate, clearance cost rate, type of incoterm until various alternate formulation use.
- Control owner of costing master data changes related Material code, Formulation/ Recipe, and Costing Structure. Managing both SCF and FG formulation and alternative formulation align with R&D. Monitor costing material master in the system to make sure controls are in places.
- Support on analysis key allocation of manufacturing cost per SKU and drive the analysis per category product.
- Lead the discussion with production and R&D team to get insight and proper rationale of analysis process order review/ material usage variance at weekly basis to check accuracy, completeness data analysis.
- Perform the Monthly Business review related costing area of Production, Procurement, and Efficiency Variance to gain logical and reasonable explanation. Communicate to SCLT and Regional/Global through SC MBR. Prepare and share the insight on material cost impact to stakeholder and deliver actionable insight to management.
- Active participation on SC Gross Productivity saving deep dive, validation saving plan and actual.
- Develop and distribute transfer price information to all exporting countries as per Transfer Price Guideline. Support EXIM Team on exploring potential new export market/products.
- Costing expert to support NPD preparation and post-evaluation, implementation in other KC Country (on call basis with alignment to Head of SC Finance).
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor of Accounting/Finance/Business Management with an excellent academic report
- Min. 5 years of experiences in the same field (Manufacture Company/FMCG)
- Excellent analytical skill
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent in Ms. Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and statistical
- Willing to be place in BSD, South Tangerang
