Supervise and lead production teams by directing, motivating, coaching, evaluating, and training staff to achieve optimal performance and meet KPIs.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, daily goals, and strategies to ensure to meet targets and deadlines.
Ensure products meet established quality standards through monitoring, inspections, and implementing quality control procedures.
Identify for improvement in production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve quality.
Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.

Closely monitor raw materials stock and finished goods inventory, and coordinate with supply chain staff to ensure material availability when needed.
Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and management regarding production status, schedules, quality concerns, and performance metrics.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a clean and organized production floor in compliance with SOPs and support 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices.
Conduct periodic performance reviews with SKT personnel and carry out annual Performance Appraisals For Production Staff.
Requirement:
Bachelors degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any major.
At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production or a supervisory position in the SKT (Sigaret Kretek Tangan/hand-rolled cigarette) industry.
Strong knowledge of SKT production processes (rolling, cutting, packaging, and quality control).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.
Experience in ERP systems.
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Willing to relocate to the Malang site and accept temporary assignments outside Malang as required.
Willing to perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.
