Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise daily purchasing operations for raw materials, packaging, and operational needs.
Ensure timely purchase order processing and on-time delivery to support production schedules.
Handle supplier negotiation, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Production, and QA/QC teams.
Monitor stock availability and purchasing accuracy.
Prepare purchasing reports and operational improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 46 years of experience in purchasing within FMCG / manufacturing industry.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, fast responsive, and well-organized.
Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets.
Good leadership and communication skills.
