Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and production-related needs in the fitness supplement industry.
Develop sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity.
Manage supplier selection, negotiation, evaluation, and long-term partnerships (local & overseas).
Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA&QC, and Warehouse to support product development and manufacturing.
Monitor procurement KPIs, budget control, and compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
Prepare reports, analysis, and improvement recommendations for management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 46 years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG / supplement / food & beverage industry.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.
Familiar with raw materials, packaging materials, and OEM/makloon processes.
Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets and procurement documentation.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
