Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and safe operation of all mechanical systems in the plant.
- Coordinate and lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical works and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments (operations, engineering, etc.) to resolve mechanical issues and improve plant performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and machinery performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically in handling Oleochemical plants or similar chemical processing plants.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with process optimization and maintenance planning systems.
- Previous experience in plant shutdown and turnaround management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools used in oleochemical production.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in KBN Marunda, Cilincing Area, North Jakarta.
