Overview
THE ROLE:
This position is responsible for supervising logistics operations for transportation and home delivery processes.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise transportation operations related to deployment of products to access points in the market, product return, or re-allocation among access points.
- Supervise home delivery operations related to product delivery for members/ customer in the market.
- Lead regular meetings with respective 3PL handling transportation and home delivery operations.
- Review 3PL KPI, reconcile with internal data and communicate with 3PL for improvement, including incidents.
- Lead bidding process in the market for 3PL selection to manage transportation and home delivery operations.
- Lead Track & Trace (Multi Carrier Integration) to improve service levels for Home Delivery, communication with Members & optimization of Courier Partners.
- Manage complaints related to transportation and home delivery operations.
- Manage billing payments from transportation and home delivery operations.
- Supporting to do estimation and analysis delivery budget.
- Build communication with internal teams and others.
- Participate on projects related with transportation and home delivery processes or others while required.
WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:
The scope of this team is the supply chain which is responsible for providing direct and indirect product procurement, export and import, warehousing, distribution product to Herbalife access points and home delivery service.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will lead a team with 3-4 staff.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Having minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management for transportation/ courier service.
- Having experience leading a team.
- Having strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good in computer and database skills, specifically in MS Office.
- Having experience in ERP system.
- Fluent in English, both in oral and written.
Education
- Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably from reputable university
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university, preferably from Supply Chain management field.
