Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead three key functions within Operations & Supply: Traffic Planning, Claims & Insurance, and Vendor Acquisition & Management.
Streamline and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient delivery scheduling, cost optimization, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
Manage vendor relationships, performance monitoring, and engagement to maintain a reliable and scalable trucking supply network.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to support service quality, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (3–5 years) in logistics operations, traffic planning, or supply chain management.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee multiple functions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, logistics planning tools, and data analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
