Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead three key functions within Operations & Supply: Traffic Planning, Claims & Insurance, and Vendor Acquisition & Management.
  • Streamline and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient delivery scheduling, cost optimization, and issue resolution in a timely manner.
  • Manage vendor relationships, performance monitoring, and engagement to maintain a reliable and scalable trucking supply network.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to support service quality, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in logistics operations, traffic planning, or supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee multiple functions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, logistics planning tools, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
