Deep understanding in licensing, contract drafting, legal agreements, corporate documentation processes
Deep understanding of all company legal requirements such as NIB, SIUP, TDP, and other compliance requirements
Deep understanding compliance and corporate governance requirements related to going public, including the roles of commissioners and internal audit units
Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Proficiency in English

Job Description :
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating cooperation agreements, NDAs, or vendor contracts to ensure the Company's rights.
Ensuring the company complies with the latest regulations (such as OSS RBA, labor regulations, or personal data protection).
Managing license renewals such as NIB, Trademarks, Foreign Patents, and other legal documents belonging to the Company.
Managing company documents such as General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), amendments to the articles of association, and notarial deeds.
Supporting legal advice related to business decisions or regulatory changes that impact the company.
Preparing reports for each of the company's industrial relations, criminal, and civil processes on a regular basis.
Coordinate with labor agencies, third parties, and company legal consultants in the process of resolving industrial relations as well as criminal and civil matters.
Assist with all of the company's legal interests (protected and properly implemented without any obstacles, including the management and provision of relevant legal evidence at the court or other institutional level, whether in the industrial relations, civil, or criminal sectors.
Create and manage the filing of documents related to work at the company.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors (including project-based tasks) for the benefit of the company.
