Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Supervisor Digital Marketing to join our team on-site at our Denpasar location. The Supervisor Digital Marketing will oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand presence and drive online engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing online campaigns, analyzing marketing data, overseeing social media platforms, and coordinating with teams to ensure the alignment of digital initiatives with broader business goals. The role will also involve monitoring industry trends and implementing innovative strategies to optimize digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage Digital Marketing team (Content, Ads, SEO, Social Media)

* Develop & execute SEO and digital marketing strategies

* Optimize website, social media, and digital campaigns

* Analyze performance using GA, Search Console, Meta Ads, etc.

* Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

Qualifications:

* Min. 23 years in Digital Marketing (1 year as Supervisor/Leader)

* Strong in SEO & organic growth strategy

* Leadership mindset with strong analytical skills

* Up-to-date with digital trends & social media algorithms
