PT. Pelsart Tambang Kencana is a gold mining company operating in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end contract processes from pre-award to post-award stages.
- Draft, review, and control contracts, including terms & conditions, scope of work, risk allocation, and commercial clauses.
- Lead and support tendering and bidding processes, including legal and commercial evaluations.
- Conduct and support contract negotiations with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, internal controls, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor contract execution, including variations, amendments, claims, and dispute-related matters.
- Maintain complete and auditable contract documentation, including contracts, PO, and supporting records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, project, and site teams) to manage contractual risks and deviations.
- Evaluate contractor and vendor performance against contractual obligations and agreed service levels.
- Prepare contract status reports, risk registers, and commercial summaries for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of total experience in contract management, procurement contracts, or commercial roles within project-based industries, with at least 3 years at superintendent handling contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement governance.
- Proven experience in tender processes, contract drafting and review, negotiation, and post-award contract management.
- Detail-oriented with strong commercial judgment and risk awareness.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/contract management systems.
