Job Description

  • Procurement Strategy
  • Develop procurement strategies for products, materials, and operational needs aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and procurement process optimization.
  • Manage purchasing plans based on sales forecast, inventory levels, and business expansion requirements.
  • Strengthen procurement governance and purchasing discipline.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers, factories, and strategic vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and long-term partnership agreements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery quality, lead time, and service reliability.
  • Reduce procurement risks and improve supplier competitiveness.
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management
  • Manage product planning, SKU strategy, and product lifecycle from sourcing to market launch.
  • Coordinate new product development, product improvement, and discontinuation strategy.
  • Ensure products meet market demand, pricing strategy, and profitability targets.
  • Support product roadmap planning aligned with brand positioning and commercial goals.
  • Costing & Margin Optimization
  • Analyze product costing, landed cost, margin structure, and profitability performance.
  • Work closely with Finance and Commercial teams to improve pricing strategy and margin health.
  • Support negotiation strategy based on profitability targets and market competitiveness.
  • Improve cost control without sacrificing product quality and customer value.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning Support
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales teams for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
  • Prevent overstock, slow-moving inventory, and stock shortages through proactive planning.
  • Support stock allocation strategies for retail, distributor, and project channels.
  • Improve product availability and inventory efficiency.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, customer demand, and pricing movements.
  • Identify new product opportunities and sourcing strategies for market expansion.
  • Support innovation planning and product competitiveness improvement.
  • Ensure product decisions are data-driven and commercially viable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, product management, or supply chain.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in supplier management, vendor negotiation, and procurement strategy.
  • Experienced in product planning, SKU management, and product lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of costing, pricing, margin optimization, and inventory planning.
  • Familiar with demand forecasting and stock management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and procurement reporting.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong business communication and negotiation skills.
