What skills and experience do you need
Graduate From Polytechnique Aviation with 15+ year experience in Aviation Industry and at least 5 years in Managerial role
Possess comprehensive knowledge of the certificate holders Airport Operator Certificate, operational specifications, and the company&aposs operations and technical manuals.
Flight operational experience.
Interpersonal & Management skill.
Analytical and problem-solving skill.
Understanding of the human factor and People Skill.
Good English both speaking and writing capability is required.
Completed a formal training course in: Safety Management System or CASO (Civil Aviation Safety Officer) Training.

Accident Investigation: to lead or assist in investigations should any accidents or incidents occur, and can derive lessons and preventive measures from these incidents.
Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor: A certification or training as a Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor is crucial.
Risk Management: to identify, assess, and prioritize risks.
